Where Compass began
For over 15 years, Sandra Leung sat at the intersection of talent, people and organisational strategy across Asia Pacific. As the former Vice President of Talent and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at J.P. Morgan, she led programmes spanning 14 geographies, 2 technology centres and 44+ business resource groups — helping some of the region's most ambitious professionals grow, transition and thrive.
Before J.P. Morgan, she held senior roles at Bank of China, HSBC Group and ANZ Banking Group, building expertise in stakeholder management, performance leadership and employee relations that few coaches can match.
That observation became a calling. Sandra returned to study, completing a degree in organisational coaching alongside her existing qualifications in psychology, human resource management and international commercial law. Then she built Compass — the resource she wished had existed for every early-career professional she'd ever seen struggle to find their direction.
Compass is not a generic career platform. It is a practitioner-led coaching service, grounded in real organisational experience, designed specifically for young talent navigating the critical first decade of their professional lives — across Hong Kong, Australia, and beyond.
